As the General Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Motorclothes department, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers.

What you'll do:

- Lead a team of dedicated Motorclothes sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, including promotions, events, and collaborations.

- Manage inventory levels, ensuring a diverse and desirable selection of merchandise while minimizing excess stock.

- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and build long-term loyalty.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, fashion, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers and effectively train your team.

- Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to create a seamless and cohesive customer experience.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry.

- A proven track record of success in sales and exceeding targets.
